TMHE Logistics, part of TMHE, is operating spare part and forklift distribution covering the full supply chain process from purchase to final handover of the goods to technicians, dealers, and customers. The company has 4 sites across Europe from where we operated with more than 300 colleagues to serve customers over the globe.

The Position  

As the Logistics Procurement Manager at TMHE, you will play a crucial role in implementing the Order Management strategy within the procurement function. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Order Management Logistics, you will be based in Willebroek.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Order Management GM to translate the TMHE Logistics AB strategy into actionable procurement plans.
  • Training and Development: Ensure all team members receive appropriate training to excel in their roles.
  • Supplier Performance Management: Maintain high levels of supplier performance, focusing on on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline the expediting process to enhance efficiency.
  • Supplier Relations: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers.
  • Policy Implementation: Execute strategies according to approved plans, including policies, instructions, and SLAs.
  • Standardization and Best Practices: Implement standardized processes and best practices to eliminate waste and improve operations.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Continuously align with warehouse and customer service operations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead the procurement team effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs to drive business performance and improvements.

Your Profile

Your Profile

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers.
  • International Experience: Experience working in an international environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Educational Background: University degree in a relevant field.
