Job description

As an IKA Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our International Key Account Managers and Distributor network in delivering outstanding service to some of our most important global customers.  You will coordinate business activities, support commercial negotiations and tenders, manage contracts and pricing processes, and ensure efficient communication between customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

This position reports to the Head of International Key Accounts and offers a unique opportunity to work in a highly international environment with significant exposure to global customers and markets.

As an IKA Coordinator at Toyota Material Handling International AB, your primary focus will be to coordinate and support the International Key Accounts business in the TMHI regions together with our Key Account Managers. You will also be responsible for supporting business leads for non-assigned Key Account customers operating in several countries.

The IKA Coordinator's core responsibility is to support the established IKA business targets and processes in the assigned countries, thereby securing our position as market leader.

This includes:

  • Support international business tenders, including calculations, quotations, commercial proposals, and tender responses by managing the tender process including compilation of distributors’ input.
  • Coordinate with Key Account Managers and distributors to identify the most effective commercial strategies.
  • Manage and support existing customer agreements, pricing processes, and contract administration.
  • Implement new commercial conditions and coordinate customer requests.
  • Provide reporting, statistics, and business analyses to support decision-making.
  • Support rental calculations and bonus evaluations.
  • Coordinate legal matters together with the Legal Department.
  • Facilitate communication and information sharing across distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development of International Key Accounts in collaboration with global and regional teams.

Your Profile

We believe you are a strong communicator who, through your excellent English skills, can communicate with all kinds of people with humility, clarity and ease, both verbally and in writing. Excellent MS Office skills are required. You are also aware of the challenges that come with operating in an international arena, which means that you know how to successfully navigate cultural differences between markets, stakeholders and working methods. Experience of working to deadlines is an advantage, as is previous experience in a coordinating role within a larger industrial organisation in an international context.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in a coordinating, administrative, sales support role.
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and international markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and producing reports.
  • Relevant academic background.
  • Experience within an industrial/technical sales-related environment is considered an advantage.
