The Position

Our HR Advisory team at Toyota Material Handling Europe is now looking for a proactive and service minded HR Advisor & Mobility Coordination Specialist who will combine HR expertise with strong communication skills. You will join our team in Mjölby, your work will focus on managing our expatriate processes and supporting employees and managers throughout the employment lifecycle. In this role you will also play a key role being part of the intranet core team, shaping internal communication and contributing to projects that strengthen employee engagement and deliver accurate, engaging and relevant intranet content.

In this role you will report to Director HR Advisory & Comp & Ben, Veronique Lenaers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Expat coordination, managing both inbound and outbound expatriates including visas, housing, and payroll coordination
  • Proactively function as the main contact for our Japanese expatriates at HQ, helping them settle in and feel at home
  • Collaborate with and act as first point of contact for internal & external stakeholders ensuring smooth processes for international assignments
  • HR advisory & administration, providing day to day support in our HR processes including on/offboarding, introductions, exit interviews, and work environment initiatives
  • Internal Communications & Engagement -support internal communication initiatives and contribute to projects that strengthen employee engagement
  • Together with Internal Communications shape clear, transparent, and inspiring messages that enhance the employee experience

Your Profile

Your Profile 

  • 3-5 years solid experience within HR administration and internal communications preferably from an international environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • A service-oriented mindset, flexibility and confidence in navigating Swedish institutions
  • A digital-first approach with a genuine interest in leveraging digital channels
  • Excellent writing and content creation abilities for digital platforms
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, proficiency in Japanese is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree within the HR area or related field.
