The Position
We are now looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the growth, and excellence in our Rental & Used offering. In this role you will you’ll be part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your contributions directly impact our strategic direction.

As part of our R&U team, you will play a key role in implementing innovative business development strategies to ensure that our portfolio meets market needs and delivers sustainable customer value. Through in-depth market analyses and the use of customer feedback, you will help maximize the competitiveness of our offering and ensuring executional alignment across our European network.

This role offers the opportunity to travel across Europe on a regular basis, with travel planned and coordinated in advance to ensure smooth logistics. The office location is Willebroek, Belgium.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and Hoshin projects within Rental & Used.
  • Support communication and knowledge sharing across the European Rental & Used network.
  • Monitor and measure on project portfolio progress to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, foster customer insights and evaluate competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster cross collaboration across Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and Business Control.
  • Together with key stakeholders assist with business planning and project tracking.
  • Organize impactful community sessions and marketing activities as well as strategic and internal meetings and annual R & U conferences

Your Profile

Your profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, or business development role, ideally within a multinational context.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
  • High adaptability and proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering or similar.
