Toyota Material Handling International AB is looking for a Market Coordinator to facilitate our international markets. 

The Market Coordinator should primarily be the link between distributors and supply units in the order- and delivery process.

As a Market Coordinator at Toyota Material Handling International AB, you will be responsible for supporting the organization functions as well as our Distributor network, on four continents, to enable us to secure a position as Market Leader of Material Handling. You need to be experienced in setting up and coordinating business and engaging stakeholders to provide input and facilitate the business process. 

The Market Coordinator core responsibilities are to make sure that set business targets in assigned countries will be achieved and to secure our position as market leader. This includes:

• Work with our Regional Managers, distributors and Global Key Account customers to implement plans and take actions to ensure our sales targets are met.
• Support distributors by giving direct sales and business support.
• Support distributors in their business development processes.
• Support and coordinate between distributors and supply units.
• Other distributor related areas

You are a brilliant facilitator with a strong sense of service and an ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks simultaneously – we are an international business that can’t wait for you to send us your application including CV and resumé. 

Service-orientation and multitasking comes natural to you as you have a great ability to steadily manage and prioritize different tasks and activities with a professional approach. You have a relevant academic background and are used to work independently and cross functional as a good and reliable team player. While being flexible you have a structured approach to performing your tasks with a pro-active, result-oriented and driven mindset. 

We believe you are a strong communicator who, through your excellent English skills, get across to all kinds of people with humility, clarity and ease whether verbally or in writing. It is a requirement to have good MS Office skills. You also have an awareness of the challenges that comes with operating in an international arena, which means you know how to successfully navigate cultural differences between markets, stakeholders and working methods. Experience of working towards deadlines is meritorious as well as previous work experience from a coordinating role in a larger industrial organization in an international context.

International traveling might be part of this position.

This is a fixed-term position for a maternity replacement where we would like to see you take up position as soon as possible and stay with us until 2026-05-31 or longer depending on the situation.
