Job description

The Connectivity team at Toyota Material Handling is running and developing web applications to offer connectivity services. This includes fleet and drivers management that provide insights to our customers in order to help them maximise the safety, cost and general optimisation of their material handling fleet. The Connectivity team will maintain and evolve the customer interface for all our markets. We support, train and enable the sales network to use the platform to deliver customer advantage and benefits of use. This platform called I_Site, plays a major part in the companies’ digital transformation journey. The team is cross-functional, and we constantly strive to improve our product, technology and our work processes.

 

As a software contract coordinator, you will work proactively with information and data security for our Connectivity platforms towards our Customers, where this includes areas such as:

  • Legal Frameworks – align our Data Processing terms and Conditions with customer requirements
  • Information security road-map – assessment, design, planning, monitoring and privatisation.
  • Establishing the required requirements, governance and assurance for our Connectivity platform.

 

The role will engage with our internal organisation of ISIT, R&D and Legal functions. This to ensure that the customer agreements reflects our internal ambitions and ensure that the road-map and requirements for the Connectivity platform is adhered to, including reporting to central governance structure for information security.

The role will also include working with our sales organisation to reply to customer inquiries for information security, including the monitoring customer requirements, current and forthcoming legislation or regulations.

Since our Connectivity platform (SAAS) also managed customers privacy-related data, it also involves managing GDPR-requirements, such as management of sub-processors.

 

You will report to the Market and Sales Engagement Lead. Your main challenges will be:

  • Interfacing with our network, TMHE legal, IS/IT, R&D software development team, TMHE Information Security Manager and the connectivity team
  • Prioritising and handling requirements from several stakeholders in the organisation.

 

Location

The position is based in Willebroek, Belgium, where we have a large and modern office. Working remotely is possible but you should be able to come in to the office from time to time for larger alignment.

 

Your Profile

Your skills, knowledge and abilities 

We are looking for a candidate who has relevant academic education, work experience and an interest in data and information security.

You are attentive, curious, have a positive attitude and are comfortable taking on leading roles.

You speak and write English fluently. We place great importance on personal characteristics.

 

Other desirable skills:

  • Experience of information security within governance, risk management, establishment of information security requirements and business continuity.
  • Familiarity with establishment of Commercial agreements linked to data and Information security
  • Experience in the information and data security field, and methods, legislation and frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR.
  • Certifications in the field are merited, such as CISSM, CISSP or similar.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to communicate technical and legal requirements to others.
  • Solution minded and the ability to translate legal requirements to technical solutions and processes.
