We are looking for a RPA Developer and Support Specialist to be part of a busy team in our Castleford Business Centre. This is a temporary role for 12 months.

About the role

The role will involve working with the business support functions and existing teams to build and maintain RPAs for the business.

On a day-today basis this is what you would be doing:

• Design, develop, test and deploy RPA solutions using existing tools
• Monitor and maintain RPA workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance
• Automate workflows that involve reading, editing, and submitting forms in third-party web applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues and provide programme support
• Document RPA solutions, including workflows, API endpoints used, and operational procedures.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role.

Here is a quick tick list of the skills we are looking for:

• Proven experience with at least one leading RPA platform

•  

  Understanding of API’s and experience integrating RPA with web services

•  

  Proficiency with programming languages (PHP used)

•  

  Knowledge of SQL and experience with database integration

•  

  Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and managing RPA solutions

•  

  Excellent verbal and written communications

•  

  Good time management and organisation skills
