We are looking for a People Development Trainer to be part of our People Support and Development team in our Castleford Business Centre. You will support the People Development Specialist with the delivery of training.
About the role
The role will involve facilitating high quality training for our team members to support their progression and develop their skills. On a day-today basis this is what you would be doing:
- Support the people development team with the facilitation of face to face and online learning
- Update and maintain existing learning materials for continuous improvement
- Manage the recording and documentation of learning completion
- Maintain the completion levels for performance cycle activity
- Contribute to the development of new learning resources and initiatives
