The Parts Market Support is responsible for working with the definition of spare parts ensuring that it matches market demand and our parts strategy. Our continued aim is to provide on-time delivery when it comes to the definition of spare parts, allowing the best local service for our customers. To achieve this Parts Market Support is organized in two areas: Parts Documentation and Parts Service Support.  

The position 
Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) is expanding the team of Parts Service Support and we are now looking for a Parts specialist who wants to help further strengthen our delivery capabilities. With us, you get the opportunity to become a key person who contributes to supporting our companies with technology at the forefront. In your role, you will work to support our MSCO’s, Distributers and Dealers with parts Material Master and Parts technical issues throughout Europe. Your area of support will include all truck models, Counterbalance trucks and Warehouse trucks. You will also analyze and proofread Engineering Change Orders (ECI) from a parts perspective.

  • You have an education within technology/and or purchasing or experience from similar tasks. 
  • You are interested in technology and have a good technical understanding; experience of our products is an advantage. 
  • Experience of our Asset system is furthermore an advantage. 
  • You are fluent in English. 
  • If you speak Italian and/or French, it’s a merit. 
     

As a person you are service-minded, creative, take initiatives and you are used to working both independently and in a team. Travel may be a part of this job since our support covers both Bologna and Ancenis produced trucks (counterbalance).
