The Position
You will be part of Logistics organization as Team Lead Order Management in our Warehouse in Bruck an der Leitha.
In this role you will be responsible for outsourced operations, and you will lead client support team in Bruck an der Leitha collaborating with our local sales company and dealing with external companies.
You will be reporting to the General Manager Order Management Logistics.
Your Responsibility
- Interface with Toyota Motor Europe management to guarantee the handling of Toyota Material Handling spare parts being carried out within the agreed times and with high quality standards
- Execute strategy according to approved plan by implementing policies, instructions and SLA’s
- Manage and lead the local TMH Team
- Guarantee that customers’ inquires and needs are handled properly and managed in a professional way by the employees
- Monitoring the suppliers’ performances in order to improve their service level
- Manage forwarders monitoring their performances with particular attention to delivery precision, guaranteeing customer satisfaction
- Monitor KPI in order to run the business and improve performances
Your Profile

- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Practical experience in a similar position is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at different levels and to deal with external company
- Experience from an international work environment
- Fluent in written and spoken German & English
- University degree within relevant area

Our Offer
For this position, the minimum yearly salary is EUR 52,000,-- gross all-in. An overpayment is provided depending on experience and qualifications! The employment contract is concluded with Toyota Material Handling Austria GmbH.
