Toyota Material Handling International AB is looking for a Market Coordinator to facilitate our international markets. As a Market Coordinator at TMHI AB, you will be responsible for supporting internal company functions as well as our Distributor Network on four continents. You need to be experienced in setting up and coordinating business and engaging stakeholders to provide input and facilitate the business process. 

The Market Coordinator core responsibility is to ensure that set business targets in assigned countries are achieved to secure our position as market leader. 

• Work with our Regional Managers, distributors and Global Key Account customers to implement plans and take actions to ensure our sales targets are met.
• Support distributors by giving direct sales and business support.
• Support Global Key Account Business.
• Support distributors in their business development processes.
• Support and coordinate between distributors and supply units.
• Coordinate Conferences.
• Coordinate Visits from distributors.

Service-orientation and multitasking comes natural to you as you have a great ability to steadily manage and prioritize different tasks and activities with a professional approach. You have a relevant academic background and are used to work independently and cross functional as a good and reliable team player. While being flexible you have a structured approach to performing your tasks with a pro-active, result-oriented and driven mindset.

We believe you are a strong communicator who, through your excellent English skills, get across to all kinds of people with humility, clarity and ease whether verbally or in writing. It is a requirement to have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel. You also have an awareness of the challenges that comes with operating in an international arena, which means you know how to successfully navigate cultural differences between markets, stakeholders and working methods. Experience of working towards deadlines is meritorious as well as previous work experience from a coordinating role in a larger industrial organization in an international context.

International traveling might be part of this position.
