About the role

The role will support the TMHE Group on a broad set of topics concerning corporate legal, regulatory and governance matters.

You will:

  • Provide legal support in contracts, audits and due diligence and supply chain relationships.
  • Provide corporate legal and governance support to TMHE’s management bodies and their committees.
  • Over time become an expert on EU ESG regulation and related regulatory processes.
  • Maintaining and developing existing resources and toolkits, delivering training and supporting on specific matters.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure key stakeholders are informed and prepared.

You will be part of the TMHE Legal & Compliance team and report to a senior member of the team. The position is based in Mjölby, Sweden, but offers flexibility to work partly remotely.

Your Profile

About you

To be successful in this role, we believe you have between three to five years of relevant experience from a law firm or a company. It is advantageous if you have relevant experience in EU ESG regulations, corporate law and/or governance matters.

You should have strong cross-functional collaboration skills as well as an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent communication and presentation abilities, including an ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and concisely. Your technical and analytical skills are strong, and you have a solid understanding of the business and a solution-oriented attitude.
