We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist / Team Leader to be part of our People Support and Development team in our Castleford Business Centre. You will provide high quality learning solutions to support people and talent development across TMHUK
About the role
The role will involve leading the people development team to provide a high-quality service to our team Members and leaders.
On a day-today basis this is what you would be doing:
- Manage the training records and online systems to ensure all training and performance reviews are documented and available for audit.
- Identify development needs and initiatives to support people and talent development.
- Develop and implement leadership competency frameworks and leadership development initiatives, programmes, and career pathways to support future business requirements.
- Identify, design and implement people and soft skills learning solutions for all team members with a blended approach.
- Support the implementation of early careers initiatives including internal apprentice programmes and Graduate programmes.
- Maintain and develop new team member and leader induction programmes to remain compliant with business needs.
- Create engaging and informative business cases and presentations and present at board level.
