The Position
As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our internal communication, especially how our leaders communicate. Based in the Corporate Communications team within the TMHE HR/CC department, you will help strengthen internal communication capabilities across the European organization.
This position combines strong execution skills with a strategic mindset, enabling internal stakeholders to communicate with clarity, confidence, and consistency — especially during times of transformation and change.
We are looking for a proactive and structured communicator with a passion for internal communication including communicative and transformational leadership and impactful messaging. You bring a unique blend of creativity, coordination skills, and the ability to turn ideas into concrete communication support that makes a difference in daily operations. Equally important is your ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions, building strong relationships that foster trust and alignment throughout the organization.
Your Responsibilities
The role consists of mainly two focus areas, Leadership communication & enablement and Internal communication, collaboration & support.
Leadership Communication & Enablement
Effective leadership communication is a shared effort, and our team is responsible for the communicative aspects of leadership—grounded in the belief that "the manager is the most important communication channel". Close collaboration with HR, particularly the Area Manager Leadership and People Engagement team, is essential to ensure that communication strategies align with necessary leadership capabilities and development,
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and maintain communication strategies and channels that effectively reach and engage leaders across a multifaceted and international organization.
- Translate leadership strategies into practical communication materials and routines that empower managers to communicate effectively.
- Lead the development and management of a dedicated leadership portal, on our Intranet T-Space, in close collaboration with HR.
Internal Communication, Collaboration & Support
Key responsibilities include:
- Build, lead and support the Internal Communicators Community to strengthen communication capabilities and foster knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate across functions, especially with HR and the People Engagement team, to ensure consistent and engaging communication, particularly in strategic and transformative projects.
- Provide hands-on communication support for internal events and conferences, including preparation, moderation, and follow-up.
- Using data and feedback to evaluate communication effectiveness and continuously improve tools, content and approaches.

- 'Proven experience in internal and leadership communication within large, international, and matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Skilled in translating leadership initiatives into clear, engaging communication materials and routines.
- Strong ability to design and manage internal communication channels and platforms, including intranet portals like T-Space. Familiarity with the Intranet platform Omnia is a plus.
- Proficient in producing high-quality internal content and providing operational support for internal events, including planning, moderation, and follow-up.
- Familiar with communication measurement tools and feedback methods to evaluate and improve communication effectiveness.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, with a relevant academic degree in communication.
