We are looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to be part of our health and safety team. This is a national role which covers a number of business centres across the UK. The main purpose of the role will be to provide a working environment free from harm and risk. This is a temporary role for 12 months.
About the role
On a day-today basis this is what you would be doing:
- Working with the QHSE manager to ensure TMHUK are compliant with all health, safety and environmental legislation
- Develop and maintain management systems
- Promote a positive safety culture
- Deliver high levels of ‘Customer First’ service.
Who are we looking for?
Here is a quick tick list of the skills we are looking for:
- Quality Health Safety and Environmental (QHSE) knowledge and relevant qualifications including NEBOSH General Certificate
- Competency on Microsoft Packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well with varied tasks and under pressure
- Effective communicator
