The Position

We are looking for an experienced Group Manager – Parts Project Coordination to lead and develop our Parts Project Coordination team within Parts Service Support. In this role, you will drive strategy, optimize processes and coordinate spare parts projects across multiple stakeholders—including Service & Logistics, Toyota Material Handling Europe supply sites and external suppliers.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategy for spare parts management in TMHE.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate spare parts assignments for new product development projects and ongoing changes.
  • Harmonize processes, eliminate inefficiencies and enhance KPI visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with policies while optimizing ERP system coverage for spare parts.

Your Profile

Your Profile

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing parts logistics and spare parts definition.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in ERP systems and KPI-driven management.
  • Technical understanding of our product portfolio.
  • Ability to manage teams across different cultures and locations.
  • Three or more years of experience in team leadership, project management or logistics & parts business.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or equivalent work experience.
