Toyota Material Handling International AB is looking for a driven sales oriented professional with solid Material Handling industry experience and product knowledge to facilitate our international markets and grow our successful Global Key Account business further.
THE ASSIGNMENT
As a GKA Manager at Toyota Material Handling International AB, your objective is to exceed annual sales targets by working directly towards a number of assigned GKA Customers. Through an efficient, proactive, and positive business manner you will guide and support our GKA Customers in their decision-making process by providing valuable input based on your knowledge and experience, growing the Toyota/Raymond brand volumes, share of customer and margins among assigned GKA Customers to ensure that Toyota SoM goals are exceeded.
The GKA Manager core responsibility is to make sure that set business targets in assigned major customer accounts are achieved to secure our position as market leader. This includes:
- Being the company’s point of contact in the communication with assigned GKA customers.
- Exhibit a genuinely proactive business manner in our processes to exceed set targets.
- Set strategies/tactics/plans for assigned GKA accounts.
- Forecast and follow up of GKA business performance, including counter actions.
- Ensure availability of necessary knowledge to implement correct actions to improve Share of Customer.
- Drive and support coordination of GKA development with GKA Japan including Regional Key Account Managers and Local Distributors.
- Execute assigned customer admin duties to ensure GKA account deadlines.
- Support Distributors in their business development processes in the GKA area.
- Work with our Regional Managers and distributors to implement plans and take actions to ensure sales targets are met.
We believe you are a strong communicator who, through your excellent English skills, get across to all kinds of people with humility, clarity and ease whether verbally or in writing. You also have an awareness of the challenges that comes with operating in an international arena, which means you know how to successfully navigate cultural differences between markets, stakeholders and working methods. Experience of working towards deadlines is meritorious as well as previous work experience managing large customer accounts in a larger industrial organization in an international context.

As part of our GKA Team, you will be stationed in Mjölby, Sweden, and report directly to the Sales Director of TMHI AB. Extensive international traveling is a natural part of this position.
