Toyota Material Handling International AB is looking for a GKA Coordinator with a strong sense of service and organizational skills to facilitate our international markets and work closely with our Global Key Account Managers, Distributors and Global Key Account customers to implement plans and take actions to ensure company sales targets are met.
As a GKA Coordinator at Toyota Material Handling International AB, your primary focus will be to coordinate, support and develop the Global Key Accounts business in the TMHI AB regions to provide that Toyota WH, SoM and FO Targets are met or exceeded at GKA level. You will also be responsible for supporting business leads for non-assigned Key Account Customers active in several countries.
The GKA Coordinator core responsibilities are to make sure that set GKA business targets in assigned countries are met thus securing our position as market leader. This includes:
- Conduct a best-in-class business support for GKA customers to ensure that set Targets are achieved.
- Secure continuous support/coordination in TMHI AB GKA organization to meet set Targets.
- Ensure that information such as Agreements, RFQ’s, RFI’s etc. requested by assigned Key Accounts are delivered in time.
- Responsibility for reporting and sharing adequate GKA information with internal stakeholders as well as the Distributor network when needed.
- Support coordination of GKA development in collaboration with other entities within the GKA area, including all regions of the world.
- Support Distributors in their business development processes in GKA sales.
- Support in LTR calculations.
- Responsibility for providing input on statistics, orders, reports etc. from an administrative standpoint.
- Support distributors in their business development processes by giving direct sales and business support and coordinate between distributors and supply units.
- Manage and maintain web-based communication of GKA commercial/activity information to TMHI AB and Distributors.
Service-orientation and multitasking comes natural to you as you have a great ability to steadily manage and prioritise different tasks and activities with a professional approach. While being flexible you have a structured approach to performing your tasks with a pro-active, result-oriented and driven mindset.
- You are good at reading statistics and numbers and can conduct in-depth analyses while being able to effectively compile these into easily accessible reports that can serve as a basis for decisions when needed.
- Good MS Office skills is a necessity and a requirement.
- You are used to work independently and cross functional as a good and reliable team player.
- Experience of working towards deadlines is meritorious as well as previous work experience from a coordinating role in a larger industrial organization in an international context.
To be successful in this role, good people skills and an ability to get across to all kinds of people with humility, clarity and ease whether verbally or in writing is beneficial. Also, having an awareness of the challenges that comes with operating in an international arena and being able to navigate cultural differences between markets, stakeholders and working methods is an advantage.
