The Position
At Toyota Material Handling Europe, we are embarking on an exciting transformation journey with the implementation of SAP across our organization. As part of this initiative, we are investing in a robust data governance framework to enhance data quality and unlock the full potential of data analytics. To support this, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Master Data professional to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping how data is managed, governed, and utilized in a forward-thinking, international environment.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for defining the overall Data Governance, setting the vision and strategic direction. You´ll co-ordinates the implementation and application of Toyota Material Handling Europes Data Governance Framework and implementation roadmap, to ensure overall data quality. This includes:
- Reflect the Data Governance Strategy in Data Governance policies and standards.
- Oversee the definition of the data quality on strategic level and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Working with the Master Data domain leads to ensure oversight on all data related initiatives and monitor the adherence of data governance across the organization.
You will also lead the Data Governance Council, co-ordinate and prepare the reporting pack as well as function close to the strategic leadership in Toyota Material Handling Europe and collaborate with the central data architect and global customer steward roles.

- A couple of years experience from Master Data governance.
- Proficient in data management principles, data modelling, data integration, data quality, and Master Data Management technologies
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking and change management capabilities
- Stakeholder management, problem solving, adaptability skills
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Relevant academic degree in IT or equivalent.
