Job description

We are looking for a Customer Support Team Leader to work within our customer support team in Warrington to provide high quality administration support to customers. 

About the role

The role will have a primary focus on one of our two key areas, Sales and After Sales. Key responsibilities are to work with the team to meet customer expectations, maintaining high quality standards. 

On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing;

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage communication in and out of the department responding to customer and business expectations
  • Meet the goals and objectives of the business by leading and developing the team
  • Work with other team leaders to share workload where needed
  • Provide monthly performance data from company systems as requested.

 

Your Profile

What we are looking for?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to react quickly to requests
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to follow company health and safety procedures
