TMHE Logistics, part of TMHE, is operating spare part and forklift distribution covering the full supply chain process from purchase to final handover of the goods to technicians, dealers, and customers. The company has 4 sites across Europe from where we operated with more than 300 colleagues to serve customers over the globe.

The Position 

We are searching for a Customer Support Manager for TMHE Logistics’ Central Warehouse, located in Willebroek (Antwerp).

Your Responsibility

As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing process flows for customer support, ensuring high-quality results.

Specifically, in the Willebroek warehouse, your duties will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Leading and developing the Customer Service team.
  • Coordinating order administration and material planning.
  • Maintaining quality standards and ensuring on-time deliveries.
  • Acting as the point of contact for sales organizations.
  • Implementing improvement actions and enhanced working methods.
  • Optimizing stock management to meet objectives (fill rate, SCP, quality).
  • Reporting incorrect deliveries to suppliers and coordinating returns in consultation with the warehouse.
  • Creating and analyzing department KPIs.

Your Profile

Your Profile

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in structured logistics or industrial organizations, specifically in driving a Customer Support Department.
  • Proven leadership experience with a coaching mindset.
  • High customer service orientation.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Expertise in supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of transport management is a plus.
  • Fluency in Flemish and English is required.
