The Position

Toyota Material Handling Commercial Finance AB offers financial products for Toyota Material Handling customers across Europe via internal sales companies, external dealers and branches in France, Italy, and Germany.

We are now strengthening our team and are looking for an engaged Business System Specialist. You will work with other functions within the organisation to ensure successful implementation.

 

Your Responsibility

Your main responsibility in the role is split between four parts, System Analysis & Design, Implementation & Support, Improvement & Optimization and Collaboration & Communication.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for system improvements or new implementations.
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for automation and optimization.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for system changes.
  • Work with IT teams and vendors to implement system solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for business systems.
  • Identify opportunities for improving business processes using technology.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to gather requirements and provide system updates.

Your Profile

Your Profile

  • A couple of years’ experience in business systems analysis, IT support, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM)
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong ability to communicate with different stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
