We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our Business Support team in Castleford.

About the role

The role involves providing necessary support to customers, sales force, both service and rental management and service sales groups in all matters relating to contract issues and core work streams within Business Support. On a day-today basis this is what you would be doing:

• Assist in the training and ongoing support for processes where necessary to new leaders who will be managing in the Business Support teams.
• Handle and resolve customer queries.
• Assist and support on projects carried out relating to Business Support functions, for existing and any new Systems.
• Help with the transition between new and old systems Act as a primary point of contact to help with any transition between new and old systems.
