Job description

Toyota Material Handling International AB is looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to facilitate our international markets.

THE ASSIGNMENT

The Business Operations Coordinator is primarily acting as the link between distributors and supply units in the order- and delivery process and other business-related processes as well.

As a Business Operations Coordinator at Toyota Material Handling International AB, you will be responsible for supporting our business areas and Distributor network on four continents as well. You need to be experienced in setting up and coordinating business and engaging stakeholders to provide input and facilitate the business process.

YOUR CHALLENGE

The Business Operations Coordinator core responsibilities are to make sure that set business targets in assigned countries will be achieved and to secure our position as market leader. This includes:

  • Collaborate with Regional Managers, Regional Service Managers, Distributors and International Key Account customers to implement plans and take actions to ensure TMHI AB sales targets are met.
  • Support Distributors by giving direct sales and service business support.
  • Support distributors in their business development processes.
  • Support and coordinate between distributors and supply units.
  • Other distributor related areas.

Your Profile

Service-orientation and multitasking comes natural to you as you have a great ability to steadily manage and prioritize different tasks and activities with a professional approach. You have a relevant academic background or equivalent experience and are used to work independently and cross functional as a good and reliable team player. While being flexible you have a structured approach to performing your tasks with a pro-active, result-oriented and driven mindset.

YOUR SKILLS

We believe you are a strong communicator who, through your excellent Swedish and English language skills, get across to all kinds of people with humility, clarity and ease whether verbally or in writing. It is a requirement to have good O365 skills. You also have an awareness of the challenges that comes with operating in an international arena, which means you know how to successfully navigate cultural differences between markets, stakeholders and working methods.

Experience of working towards deadlines is meritorious as well as previous work experience from a similar coordinator role in a large industrial organization in an international context.

THE JOB

The position is a full-time permanent employment. We utilize a case-to-case assessment on applying probationary period.
