The Position
At Toyota Material Handling Europe, we are now looking for a structured and proactive Project Coordinator Manager to join our strong team within Service & Logistics department. We have a very active role in all development projects around the R&D centers in Europe and in this role, you will manage the complete lifecycle of the products - from concept and development through industrialization and production launch until the usage of our products at our customer sites, all from an aftermarket perspective.
Together with your colleagues you will provide valuable input to ensure that aftermarket requirements are captured, and you will follow up on key activities to secure successful project outcomes. You will work in cross-functional project teams where you will play a central role in ensuring that all spare parts data and information are accurate, complete, and available throughout the project lifecycle.
You will report to the Manager of Parts Project Coordination
Your responsibility
- Participate in product development projects where you represent, provide input from, and follow up requirements & activities for the entire Service & Logistics department
- Close communication with many other departments within Toyota, like project and product management, R&D, purchasing, production, order management and aftermarket
- Collaboration with our main suppliers on spare part matters
- Inform and involve our organization about ongoing activities and status for the projects you are responsible for
- Follow the Engineering change process both in projects and in serial maintenance to secure that all changes are validated for aftermarket and updated in the ERP systems
- Ensure that all spare parts are documented in the Spare Parts Catalogues and orderable in the ERP systems (SAP and EnterpriseOne)
- Work cross functional with other departments to always improve our work processes
- Be compliant with all TMHE policies and requirements

The Annual Gross Salary (RAL) will be determined with a compensation range starting from EUR 41,000, in accordance with the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry (Metalmeccanica Industria).
